Frequently asked questions
📶 Does the application require an internet connection to work?
An internet connection is only required for the initial installation and for updates to the application. Once installed, you can use the application offline without any problem. However, if you remain offline for a long period, you will be asked to reconnect once to check the validity of your subscription.
👥 Can I have other people (customers, patients) use the application?

If you have an individual subscription: use is strictly reserved for personal use.

If you are a liberal health professional: you can use it as part of your consultations with your patients, thanks to the professional subscription.
📤 How do I unsubscribe?
Simply send us an email to contact@healthymind.fr with your cancellation request. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract period. If you have rented equipment, we will send you a return slip so that you can drop it off at a post office.
🎧 Do I need a specific VR headset?
If you already own a virtual reality headset (or want to buy one yourself), you can download the application directly from the VR store (Meta or Pico). Make sure you have a supported model before subscribing.

Note: as part of the CONTROL professional offer, we will offer you a headset to hire, as this will be configured and linked to the Healthy Mind Control application, available on a tablet.
📦 Do you offer headset rental?
Yes, we offer VR headset rental packages for both individuals and businesses. This means you can enjoy the full experience without having to buy the equipment. If you’re an individual, with the PREMIUM offer, the headset will be free.
🔑 How do I access the application after subscribing?
- If you use the VR store: once your subscription has been validated, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the application onto your headset and activate it using your login details.
- If you rent the equipment: once your subscription is complete, we will send you the equipment ready for use within 7 working days.
🌐 I'm moving abroad. Can I continue to use the application?
Yes, you can continue to use the application anywhere in the world, as long as you have a compatible headset (or have hired one from us).
👶 Is the application suitable for children?
Yes, we offer specific content for children aged 7 and over, designed in collaboration with health professionals.
💡 Is there a risk associated with blue light or prolonged exposure to the screen?
The use of VR headset can generate moderate exposure to blue light, but much less than a conventional smartphone or computer screen.
Our sessions are short (20 minutes maximum per theme) and designed for occasional use, to preserve the visual and mental comfort of the user. As with all digital tools, we recommend regular breaks between sessions.
🤢 Is there a risk of motion sickness or discomfort in virtual reality (cyberkinetosis)?
Cyberkinetosis can occur in some traditional VR content, particularly when there is rapid movement or a sensation of displacement. At Healthy Mind, we have designed our application to minimise this risk as much as possible:
- Our environments are fixed, with no dynamic movement: you don’t “move”, you explore the themes point by point, smoothly.
- We use innovative algorithms that optimise visual comfort and reduce undesirable effects.
So the experience is stable, soothing and very well tolerated, even for sensitive people.
